About This Role

We are seeking a seasoned Property Sales Specialist to join our expanding team on a full-time basis.

This position involves driving listing and sales opportunities to grow our property business through building strong client relationships and proactive marketing. Your understanding of property legislation and industry experience within the local area will assist in building and maintaining these relationships with clients to understand their current and future needs. With the support of our network, you will be empowered to learn and develop your career.

Main Responsibilities:

  • List, market and sell properties
  • Establish and maintain client relationships to comprehend their current & future requirements
  • Contribute to Branch business development initiatives
  • Achieve targets for sales, listings, appraisals and promotional activities
  • Maintain adherence to all professional standards and reporting obligations
  • Collaborate with our team to enable clients to explore new innovative opportunities
  • Promote maximum exposure through field days and community events
About You

To succeed in this role, you:

  • Possess local property industry expertise and associated influences
  • Can assess properties, identifying positive aspects and potential of both rural and residential properties
  • Hold a Property registration (essential) and a valid driver's license
  • Demonstrate sound property marketing skills
  • Understand property legislation
  • Exhibit exceptional communication, organizational, negotiation and client relationship skills
  • Demonstrate attention to detail
  • Are a team player who is enthusiastic, energetic and highly organized with excellent time management skills
  • Embody smartness, resourcefulness, forward thinking and adaptability in embracing technology
