**Job Responsibilities**

Provide support on compliance related issues to senior management and head office teams.

Coordinate key projects and initiatives ensuring local views and needs are addressed.

Develop compliance strategy for onshore business units.

Act as Compliance Controller conducting second level control assessments.

Ensure control plans are executed in line with standards on a risk-based approach.

Support annual Compliance Risk Assessment.

Manage local compliance programme, including processes, policies and procedures.

Advise business teams on regulatory and transactional issues.

Foster a culture of compliance throughout the organisation.

Interpret, assess and implement new rules and regulations.

Contribute to annual Risk Control Self-Assessment.

Execute local second line controls.

Analyse process and control framework to mitigate compliance risk.

Assess design and execution of existing controls.

Track and verify completion of corrective action plans.

Provide regular updates of Control assessments.

Maintain detailed knowledge of key regulators within APAC.

Maintain detailed knowledge of existing Compliance policies framework.
