Nurse Care Specialist

The Registered Nurse is responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment.
This role requires an individual who is committed to their own professional development and willing to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver safe, effective and appropriate patient care using highly developed interpersonal skills and professionalism.
- Conduct clinical assessments, consultations and provide care across a continuum of care.
- Provide strong commitment to customer service and risk management.
- Pursue ongoing learning and quality improvement opportunities.
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
- Registered Nurse with a minimum of 12 months' experience.
- AHPRA Registration.
- Recent clinical experience in an acute care, aged care or hospital setting.
- Ability to work unsupervised, efficiently and in an organised manner during periods of high demand.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
