About This Role
We are seeking experienced Training Facilitators to join our team for a Major Federal Government project. As a Training Facilitator, you will be responsible for delivering face-to-face training sessions to labour hire in line with the provided national training package and schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver face-to-face training sessions to labour hire in line with the provided national training package and schedule.
- Prepare and/or set up training venues as outlined in the national training package guidance, which may include transporting training materials and liaising with venue contacts.
- Collaborate with the Training SME to ensure participants gain from their expertise and that key messages are delivered consistently and effectively in each training session.
- Monitor the effectiveness of each training session and assess participants' levels of understanding.
What You'll Need
- Experience as a Training Facilitator or in a related field.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
