Industry partnerships and event coordination are crucial to the success of a business in the screen industry. A key role exists for a specialist who can build and maintain relationships with partners, manage sponsorships, and ensure seamless execution of events.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with the Director of Marketing, Partnerships and Events, joining a creative and dynamic team. The role is hands-on and detail-oriented, providing valuable exposure to the film and screen industry.


Key Responsibilities:">
  • ">
  • Build and maintain strong partner relationships to retain existing sponsors and identify new sponsorship opportunities.">
  • Manage daily relationships and deliverables for sponsorships and government partnerships across programs and events.">
  • Collaborate with events and marketing teams to deliver partner reports and provide insights and recommendations.">
  • Provide support to the Marketing, Events, and Partnerships team as well as other areas of the organization as needed.">

Requirements:">
  • ">
  • 2-3 years experience in sponsorship, events, and/or marketing roles.">
  • Proven project management skills, strong attention to detail and planning capabilities.">
  • Takes initiative, assumes accountability, and holds the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively.">
  • Creative thinker with the ability to bring energy and innovation into work.">
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.">
  • Strong interpersonal skills important as you will represent the organization in interactions with external clients and stakeholders.">
  • Experience with Canva and event or project software advantageous.">
