You will oversee daily operations at the site to ensure smooth execution of tasks.

The Regional Manager - Tasmania is responsible for overseeing regional performance including this site. You will be part of a dynamic team working towards shared goals.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate operational activities across shifts to maximize productivity.
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet production targets, ensuring adherence to allocated resources.
  • Evaluate maintenance schedules and prioritize tasks accordingly.
  • Analyze quality control results and take corrective action when necessary.
  • Lead personnel in effective shift management, fostering collaboration between teams.
  • Foster a positive work environment through leadership by example, recognizing excellence and addressing underperformance.
  • Promote a proactive safety culture by establishing procedures and monitoring their effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • A strong background in leading high-performing teams within fast-paced manufacturing environments.
  • Desirable qualifications include trade-related certifications and mechanical expertise.
  • Proven organizational and interpersonal skills, enabling successful leadership of a diverse team.
