We are seeking an experienced and skilled Insurance Loss Adjustor to join our team. As an Insurance Loss Adjustor, you will be responsible for ensuring vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition.

The primary purpose of this role is to complete accurate and comprehensive quotes for accident repairs on vehicles in a timely manner. You will apply your knowledge of motor vehicles and computer skills while interacting with clients and work providers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing Excellent Customer Service: Ensure that all clients and work providers receive exceptional service throughout the repair process.">
  • Accurate Quoting: Produce accurate quotes for accident repairs in a timely manner, adhering to average repair cost targets and insurer/company procedures.">
  • Vehicle Inspections: Conduct thorough vehicle inspections, including mapping and imaging, to ensure accurate assessment of damage.">
  • Parts Management: Manage parts for repairs, ensuring timely arrival and cost-effectiveness.">
  • Supplier Management: Manage suppliers to record additional work and authorize it in a timely manner.">
  • Production Management: Assist with production management of the centre as required.">
  • Repair Quality: Ensure that vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition.">
  • Handover: Hand over completed repairs to customers.">
