Job Title: Accident Repair Estimator

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Accident Repair Estimator to provide accurate and comprehensive quotes for vehicle repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and work providers
  • Quote vehicles in a timely manner, meeting average repair cost targets and insurer/company procedures
  • Complete quotes onsite, off-site, and online as required
  • Perform vehicle arrival inspections, including mapping and imaging
  • Manage parts for repairs to ensure timely arrival and cost-effectiveness
  • Supervise suppliers to record and authorise additional work promptly
  • Contribute to production management of the centre as needed
  • Restore vehicles to their pre-accident condition

About You:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role, including estimating/quotations in the automotive smash repair industry
  • Familiarity with AudaNet is highly desirable
  • Ibody experience is an asset but not necessary
  • Excellent communication skills, including rapport-building with customers and work providers
  • Highly professional and personable
  • Strong systems experience and computer proficiency
  • Excel skills are advantageous but not essential
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines
  • Problem-solving skills and high accuracy
  • Able to work collaboratively with the team
  • Strong commitment to workplace safety
  • High attention to detail
  • Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
