Role Overview

This role focuses on building an innovation strategy and pipeline calendar. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create alignment and shared confidence in our plans.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing a 3-5 year innovation strategy, gathering data from various sources.
  • Participate in inter-departmental discussions and meetings with regional, global, and external counterparts.
  • Project manage and lead innovation projects, focusing on delivering new product development for growth channels that meet or exceed targets.
  • Manage the current innovation calendar and assist in building the quarterly innovation scorecard.
  • Prepare research briefs and nutritional insights to inform future projects.
About You

You hold a degree in Marketing, Business, or Commerce and have previous experience as a Marketing Coordinator or Assistant Brand Manager. This role requires strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
