The Company
We are a reputable accounting practice with multiple locations in Melbourne, seeking a bright Receptionist/Administrator to join our friendly team as the face of the business.
Chinese speaking capabilities are highly advantageous for this role.
We consider candidates on a part-time basis. Your duties may include:
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Answering phones
- Email correspondence with internal and external parties
- Maintaining the client database such as updating client information
- Liaising with the Australian Taxation Office on behalf of clients regarding general enquiries
- Preparing letters and other documentation for clients
- Collating tax returns and lodgements of income tax returns through the ATO portal
- Scheduling meetings and ensuring meeting rooms are available
- Stationary and consumable ordering
- Other administrative tasks as required by accountants and partners
About You
- At least 1 year of experience working in a public practice firm is essential
- Chinese speaking capabilities are highly advantageous
- Confident in software such as XERO
- Highly organised
- A quicker learner
