About the Role

  • Promote agile practices and principles within the organisation, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in business analysis, with a proven track record of driving business outcomes and delivering successful projects.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and negotiate with stakeholders.
  • Experience working with digital products and/or technical systems, with a focus on improving user experiences and business outcomes.
