Job Description

We are seeking a Lead Commercial Business Partner to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing commercial activities to achieve business objectives.

The successful candidate will partner with commercial finance and sales management/commercial leadership to align and prioritize pipeline in the regions. They will also lead negotiations with Customers and Functions to ensure full compliance with contract commitments and commercial risk assessment.

In addition, the candidate will prepare commercial proposals with high quality, completeness and time responsiveness, lead risk assessment processes, coordinate with Functions (Legal, Finance, Risk), and be responsible for detailed technical proposal preparation, development program management, product pricing and contract negotiations.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team and contribute to the operational plan of our department.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's from an accredited institution in an Engineering field or equivalent industry experience
  • Minimum of 5 years' of proposal development or writing, contract terms and conditions negotiation and drafting experience
  • Strong project management skills and experience in project leadership
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
