You will enjoy business partnering with the Perth Site Operations Team, providing commercial value through identifying opportunities for improvement and driving operational focus and performance. As part of the Perth Site Leadership Team, you will proactively support the business to achieve important objectives through the provision of timely commercial insights, analytical support and accountability for the financial governance and control of the site.

Responsibilities
  • Accurate preparation of weekly gross margin reporting and supporting analysis, and monthly site Profit & Loss reporting.
  • Partnering with the Site Leadership team to identify onsite opportunities that will further enhance financial performance.
  • Active involvement at site on a daily basis allowing for real time problem solving, risk mitigation and continuous improvement.
  • Preparation of the annual budget, re-forecasts, and provide commentary around variances.
  • Partner with the new Product Development team to ensure accurate new product costs prior to launch and post launch analysis
  • Support Capital projects preparation and post CAPEX reviews for site
  • Monthly site overheads reviews with Site Leadership team
  • Business partnering on national projects
About You

This is a fast paced environment where the ability to cope with ongoing change is critical to success. You will be CA/CPA qualified (or working towards this) and possess a strong commercial acumen gained through previous experience in the FMCG/Manufacturing industry. Additionally:
