Product Return Specialist

The Product Quality team is currently seeking a detail-oriented individual to coordinate the product complaints and recall returns process.
This entails facilitating the receipt of returned products, reconciling stock, coordinating destruction of vendor return of reconciled stock, and providing administrative support within the RAQA Department.

We are looking for an individual with experience in complaints handling, excellent communication skills, and stakeholder rapport building. A background in customer service and/or logistics is preferred.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate receipt of returned product in accordance with agreed timelines;
- Reconcile returned stock;
- Coordinate destruction of vendor return of reconciled stock;
- Provide administrative support within the RAQA Department;
This is a hybrid work setup with occasional on-site visits. If you are proactive, have a high attention to detail, and enjoy working in a team environment, we encourage you to apply.
