Key Responsibilities:

  • Transformation Strategy: Develop and implement transformation strategies that meet or exceed client expectations.
  • BPM Solution Design: Design and implement BPM-based solutions that drive business value and improve efficiency.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple project workstreams from scoping and planning to design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and issue resolution.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate high-performing teams to deliver exceptional results.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience working with Appian technology.
  • Proven track record of managing client engagements and developing strong relationships.
  • Knowledge of at least one area of consulting, such as strategy, operations, technology, or finance.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
