Appian Expert Wanted

We are seeking experienced professionals with exceptional Appian skills to deliver innovative solutions and drive business outcomes.

  • A minimum of 4-8 years of client-facing experience in analysis, design, development, and application deployment of Appian-based applications is required.
  • Working knowledge of relevant automation and low-code trends, standards, practices is essential.
  • An understanding of ERP, CRM, BPM/Workflow, Data Integration Architecture or EAI and/or applied knowledge of enterprise architecture, including data management is desired.
  • Experience with Appian custom development (e.g., Java) is necessary.
  • Familiarity with a range of automation and low-code platforms is beneficial.
  • Experience leading teams and coaching junior staff is highly valued.
  • Ability to provide insight based on experience on recommended actions is crucial.
  • Industry experience in Financial Services is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to navigate challenges posed by clients and highlight risks as well as solutions for mitigating risks identified is vital.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders are required.
  • Developer Certification(s) to credential your Appian experience, along with motivation to keep learning more are desirable.
  • Ability to lead multiple engagements concurrently is expected.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills are necessary.

Key Skills:

  • Solving highly complex technical problems using Appian and other supporting platforms.
  • In-depth Appian BPM development experience, including use of Appian connectors and web services.
  • Conducting/leading solution, product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops, and preparing effort estimates aligned with customer needs.
  • Leading development teams, troubleshooting issues, and guiding others.
  • Research, development, and implementation of new tools to speed up and simplify application development.
  • Managing project documentation, training, and tooling to ensure accessibility and reusability.
  • Building relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Coaching others on technical best practices.
  • Assisting with adding top talent via recruiting events and interviews.
  • Supporting/leading pre-sales, scoping, and client presentations.
