Front of House Supervisor - Outback South Australia
Job Description:Are you ready for a unique work experience in a remote location? Our award-winning property offers a range of amenities including accommodation, restaurant, shop, and more. As a Front of House Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a small team of front of house staff, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the cleanliness and presentation of the front of house areas are maintained.
Key Responsibilities:- Managing a small team of 2-3 staff members
- Providing exceptional customer service to our guests
- Briefing guests on menu and beverage options
- Seating guests, taking orders, serving drinks, and maintaining a high level of service quality
- Stock control, ordering, and stocktakes to ensure efficient operations
- Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of front of house areas, including floors, walls, and furniture
- Ensuring responsible service of alcohol practices are used at all times
- Cash handling, balancing, and reconciling to maintain financial accuracy
The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication and leadership skills. They should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of productivity.
