Hotel Manager

We are seeking a full-time Hotel Manager for our hotel, motel, and caravan park in outback South Australia.

This role is ideal for individuals keen to relocate or management couples looking for their next challenge. As Hotel Manager, you will receive on-site accommodation and be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the hotel, motel, and caravan park.

  • Delivering exceptional customer service
  • Recruiting, inducting, training, and managing staff
  • Ensuring hotel compliance with work health safety regulations
  • Managing cash flow, inventory, and stock control
  • Maintaining accurate records and administrative compliance
  • Kitchen and bar operations
  • General maintenance tasks

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Experience in hospitality and fast-food industries
  • Current RSA, Gaming Manager, and R.P Badge
  • Passion for delivering customer service excellence
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Results-driven with ability to prioritize and coordinate team

The successful candidate will require a current National Police Certificate.
