Market Pricing Specialist

Qantas Group is seeking a skilled Market Pricing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our revenue management department, you will play a critical role in analyzing competitor, external, and internal data to identify opportunities to enhance network revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze market trends and competitor pricing strategies to inform revenue optimization initiatives
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize revenue across various markets
  • Collaborate with Market Pricing Analysts and Market Managers to drive competitive analysis and market performance
  • Monitor the success of pricing initiatives and campaigns to drive learning and improvement
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in an airline revenue management department
  • Degree in Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Finance, or a similar quantitative discipline
  • Working knowledge of procedures for establishing passenger fares and passenger proration methodologies
  • Self-starter with ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written
