We are seeking a dedicated Professional Trainer and Learning Facilitator to drive the planning, coordination, and delivery of training activities across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver in-house training programs, including inductions and other essential courses.
  • Coordinate multiple training events in corporate and community settings, fostering collaboration with various departments and stakeholders.
  • Prepare high-quality training materials and maintain accurate records, utilizing Microsoft Office tools to support planning and reporting.
  • Adapt to changing workloads and prioritize tasks effectively, ensuring seamless delivery of training initiatives.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Training, Business, or Human Resources Management, or minimum two years' experience in a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Training Coordinator, Trainer, or Facilitator, with strong customer focus and ability to negotiate and influence outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and computer literacy skills, with the ability to plan, organize, and coordinate workload efficiently.
