Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled façade engineer with 10-12 years of experience to design and deliver a wide range of projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the design and delivery of façade projects
  • Liaising directly with clients and stakeholders
  • Mentoring junior engineers and contributing to their growth and development

You will work closely with our directors and senior engineers to ensure that all projects meet the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor of Engineering degree
  • At least 12 years of experience in façade engineering design
  • Expertise in relevant analysis software programs (Strand 7, Spacegass)
  • Strong skills in proposal writing and winning work
  • Ability to develop new documents (Scheme Design Reports, F3P1 PBDB, Remedial Specifications)

In addition, we are looking for someone who is:

  • A Chartered Professional Engineer
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
