Senior Speech Pathologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Speech Pathologist to join our team in Gosford, supporting NDIS participants with complex communication needs, swallowing disorders, and complex behaviors.
As a Senior Speech Pathologist, you will lead a team of Speech Pathologists, providing clinical services to participants aged 0-65, and working across various environments, including family homes, disability group homes, day programs, schools, preschools, community settings, telehealth, and ORS offices.
You will have access to regular supervision, internal professional development opportunities, and the chance to specialize in clinical areas. Our team is built, managed, and developed by experienced Speech Pathologists, ensuring a supportive and collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of Speech Pathologists in providing clinical services to NDIS participants
- Develop and implement clinical programs to support participants with complex communication needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
- Provide supervision and mentorship to junior Speech Pathologists
- Participate in internal professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills
- Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology
- Registration with the Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
- Previous experience as a Speech Pathologist working with NDIS participants in a clinical or community setting
- A car and driver's license
- A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
