We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team at the ORS Group.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, aged 0-65, and contribute to their personal growth and development. As an Occupational Therapist, you will have the autonomy to build a case load that aligns with your skills and interests, and work across various environments, including family homes, disability group homes, day programs, schools, community, and/or ORS clinics.

You will be part of a supportive team of over 80 Occupational Therapists in our NDIS division, working collaboratively to provide high-quality, evidence-based services. Our team is committed to delivering exceptional client outcomes and making a positive impact in the lives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct skill-building and capacity-building assessments and interventions
  • Complete functional assessments, sensory assessments, assistive technology assessments, home and living assessments, and home modification assessments
  • Work with clients to develop personalized plans and goals
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
  • 2+ years experience as a practicing Occupational Therapist (preferred)
  • Registration or ability to become registered with AHPRA
  • A car and licence
  • A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or ability to obtain one for a client-facing role
