A highly rewarding opportunity exists for a passionate mental health and wellbeing leader to support frontline healthcare staff across South Western Sydney.
The position provides leadership and strategic direction to the internal employee assistance program, delivering staff psychological health and wellbeing initiatives and interventions.
Responsibilities include leading a dedicated team in engaging with clinical and non-clinical staff facing diverse presentations,
- Providing leadership and strategic direction to the internal employee assistance program
- Developing and operationalising responsive and proactive staff counselling and wellbeing strategies and interventions
- Leading a dedicated team in engaging with clinical and non-clinical staff facing diverse presentations
- Partnering with senior leaders to create meaningful change in addressing staff wellbeing and psychological health concerns
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications and eligibility for membership of the relevant professional organisation
- Demonstrated experience in design, development, and delivery of staff wellbeing initiatives in a complex environment
- Experience in influencing workplace culture through targeted wellbeing strategies or interventions
- Demonstrated experience in consulting with Executive or Senior Managers on psychological and psychosocial health risk
- Leadership practices and experience in leading high-quality service delivery in a decentralised model
