Job Title: Healthcare Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Healthcare Specialist.

Responsibilities:
  • Collecting blood and non-blood samples from patients with empathy and care
  • Filling available shifts across various clinics and hospitals within a geographical area
  • Keeping meticulous records for every patient and sample
  • Delivering documentation within strict turnaround times
  • Preparing and packaging specimens for transport and testing
  • Liaising with customers, clinic staff, and couriers
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge in Phlebotomy or Certificate III in Pathology Collection
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a high level of empathy
  • Organised, with strong time management and attention to detail
  • Able to work autonomously, sometimes independently in a solo clinic
  • Holds a valid Driver's license and has flexibility to travel to multiple clinics
  • Holds a Working with Children's Check or is willing to obtain one
  • Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident or a New Zealand citizen, or hold a valid visa with permission to work
