Job Role: Grain Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our agriculture business as a Grain Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring all tasks are completed and delivered in a timely manner to meet customer expectation and compliance requirements.

Duties include:

- Ensuring that samples are sent to the appropriate laboratory as required.
- Ensuring that customer TATs for the issuance of certificates are achieved.
- Maintaining SGS back-office systems, job registers, inventory registers, and sample registers.
- Performing invoicing and back-office administration duties.
- Testing grains in accordance with local and international standards.
- Effective communication with all stakeholders.
- Identifying services SGS can provide to clients.

**Key Requirements:**

- Computer literacy with experience in Microsoft Office and database usage is essential.
- Understanding of Agricultural (particularly grain) supply chains is required.
- Previous experience in export, import customs documentation, and environment is preferred.
- Previous client relationship management experience is desirable.
- Working knowledge of and experience in the development and management of quality assurance and safety management systems.
