
Resilience and Risk Coordinator

Join Elders as the Risk and Resilience Coordinator in Adelaide, South Australia. You will support the enterprise-wide Risk and Resilience Framework alignment with the Risk Maturity Plan. You'll provide operational, administrative, and reporting support to drive continuous improvement across resilience, risk, and insurance functions. Reporting to the Head of Resilience, Risk and Insurance, this role will provide support across initiatives as priorities evolve—contributing to governance and risk maturity.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and monitor the Enterprise Risk Register with up-to-date data and clear ownership across business units; provide administrative support to the Enterprise Risk Management System (CAMMS).
- Contribute to risk awareness campaigns, intranet content, and other communication initiatives that build risk and resilience culture.
- Support scheduling, coordination, and facilitation of risk workshops, meetings, and training sessions.
- Assist with the preparation of risk reports and documentation for governance forums including MARCC and BARCC.
- Support ingestion, analysis, and repositioning of risk information across the business to align with risk function objectives and decision-making needs.
- Coordinate insurance-related administration, including Certificates of Currency, claims meetings, and policy disclosures.
About You
- Experience, or strong interest, in risk management, insurance, governance, or business continuity.
- Familiarity with risk management systems and insurance processes is desirable.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proven ability to coordinate multiple priorities, manage deadlines, and support stakeholder needs.
- Strong written communication skills for reporting, minute-taking, and risk documentation.
- Confidence working independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
