The Role

As the Luxury Timepieces Retail Leader, you will be the heart of our store, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and leading a team of dedicated sales associates. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and inspiring a team of sales associates, fostering a culture of excellence and providing ongoing training and development.
  • Crafting a welcoming and luxurious atmosphere within the boutique, ensuring an unforgettable shopping experience for every customer.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing personalized service and expert advice to meet their individual needs.
  • Monitoring and analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and implementing strategies to maximize revenue and achieve targets.

Skills and Qualifications
