Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Information Management Officer to join our team in the Inner West suburbs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate mail received and collected
  • Scan and register documents in Ezescan into Objective
  • Lodge and sort outgoing mail
  • Assist with archiving and basic objective troubleshooting
  • Provide customer service to internal stakeholders
  • Contribute to improved work procedures and practices

Requirements:

  • Information management experience
  • Qualifications in Information Management or proven experience
  • PDF manipulation skills
  • Proficiency with MS Suite and TRIM system
  • Positive attitude and ability to manage multiple tasks
