Visiting Medical Officer - Anaesthetics

We are seeking a Visiting Medical Officer in Anaesthetics to provide high-quality diagnostic and consultative specialty services. The successful candidate will be registered or eligible for specialist registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and Fellowship with the Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthesia (FANZCA).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical services in Anaesthetics, including diagnosis and treatment of patients.
  • Participate in teaching, research, quality improvement, and administrative activities within the Anaesthetics Department and Hospital.
  • Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe and optimal patient outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

  • Registration or eligibility for specialist registration with AHPRA.
  • Fellowship with FANZCA, or other equivalent specialist recognition.
