Drive success in retail property management with a new challenge

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Retail Manager to lead our team in overseeing a portfolio of centers based in Launceston.

The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to establish and maintain strong, positive relationships with tenant retailers and ensure the trading environment is well presented, ensuring a safe and inviting destination for customers.

You will be responsible for providing exceptional management services to our clients, administering the terms of all leases, and ensuring the highest level of housekeeping.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing support to clients in administering the terms of all leases
  • Assisting clients to maintain an up-to-date tenancy schedule and calendar of significant events
  • Regular inspection of the Centre to ensure the highest level of housekeeping together with the co-ordination of any works (as required)
  • Establishing and maintaining liaison with all tenants and occupiers of the Centre to ensure their satisfaction
  • Providing recommendations to the Facilities Manager for maintenance works and Capital Expenditure
  • Attending regular client management meetings and conference calls
  • Providing a weekly summary report on Tenant Performance and Feedback and Property Presentation

Our ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years previous experience in the Property Industry in Retail Property Management/Centre Management, relevant degree, current drivers licence, knowledge of centre operations, strong organisational and time management skills, customer centric approach, strong communicator, proactive and flexible.
