Sustainable Employment Advocate

As a valued member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the futures of individuals seeking sustainable employment. You will work one-on-one with customers to identify their strengths, remove barriers, and guide them through tailored action plans toward becoming job ready.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish strong, trusting relationships with customers to provide guidance, motivation, and mentoring throughout their employment journey
- IDentify customer goals, strengths, and challenges, and create targeted action plans to achieve sustainable employment outcomes
- Conduct assessments to determine readiness for employment and IDentify training or support needs
- Celebrate customer milestones and successes to keep motivation high
- Collaborate with employers, community organizations, and industry partners to create and maintain opportunities for employment
- Maintain accurate and compliant records in line with contractual and organizational requirements
- Contribute to team discussions, share insights, and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust quickly with people from diverse backgrounds
- High level of resilience and ability to adapt your approach to suit different situations
- Effective communicator with strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a team environment
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Understanding of employment readiness and the steps required to achieve sustainable outcomes
