Job Role
  • This is a full-time position.
Key Responsibilities
  • Encouraging and motivating clients through appropriate activities to find their own employment;
  • Building relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for our clients;
  • Placing clients into sustainable employment leading to outcomes;
  • Ensuring all activity is appropriately recorded, documented and adheres to compliance and/or contractual requirements;
  • Providing exceptional service to our clients, employers and stakeholders at every stage of the process.
Qualifications
  • Experience in customer-facing roles and excellent communication skills;
  • Ideally, demonstrated experience of working with people overcoming challenges;
  • Ability to confidently liaise with multiple external and internal stakeholders;
  • Results-driven, with a focus on achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) and making placements that result in lasting employment for our clients/employers;
  • Desire to be part of a team that supports individuals and businesses to thrive;
  • Current Drivers Licence.
  • No prior employment services experience necessary.
