Job Role- This is a full-time position.
- Encouraging and motivating clients through appropriate activities to find their own employment;
- Building relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for our clients;
- Placing clients into sustainable employment leading to outcomes;
- Ensuring all activity is appropriately recorded, documented and adheres to compliance and/or contractual requirements;
- Providing exceptional service to our clients, employers and stakeholders at every stage of the process.
- Experience in customer-facing roles and excellent communication skills;
- Ideally, demonstrated experience of working with people overcoming challenges;
- Ability to confidently liaise with multiple external and internal stakeholders;
- Results-driven, with a focus on achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) and making placements that result in lasting employment for our clients/employers;
- Desire to be part of a team that supports individuals and businesses to thrive;
- Current Drivers Licence.
- No prior employment services experience necessary.
