About the Role

We're looking for a creative leader and strategic problem solver to join our team as a Store Experience Manager. You'll lead your team to deliver clear and innovative global store campaigns, enabling the retail and visual merchandising teams to deliver a cohesive brand vision and elevate stores.

Working closely with the Creative, Marketing, and Visual Merchandising teams, you'll bring ideas to life with 3D and experiential concepts that support and elevate our product range each month. This will take our stores and customer experience to the next level.

You'll continuously review store operations and processes, seeking feedback from retail teams to ensure they're equipped with the resources needed to trade and create the best customer experience.

Skill and Experience

  • A relevant degree or qualification in a field such as Visual Merchandising, Creative/Design, spatial or retail design
  • Demonstrated ability to conceptualize and present to leadership using Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent organisational, planning, and time management skills to ensure project deadlines are met
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate in a concise and collaborative way
  • A high level of attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to foresee opportunities
  • A leadership mindset and ability to lead a team
