About the Role

We seek a creative leader and strategic problem solver to join our team as an Experience Manager. By leading your team to deliver clear and innovative global store campaigns, you will enable the retail and visual merchandising teams to deliver a cohesive brand vision and elevate stores.

Working closely with the Creative, Marketing, and Visual Merchandising teams, you will bring 3D and experiential ideas to life that support and elevate our product range each month – taking our stores and customer experience to the next level. You will continuously review store operations/processes and seek feedback from retail teams to ensure they are equipped with the resources they need to trade and create the best customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conceptualize and present global store campaigns using Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Microsoft Office.
  • Lead a team to deliver cohesive brand visions and elevate stores through 3D and experiential ideas.
  • Review store operations/processes and seek feedback from retail teams to ensure they are equipped to trade and create the best customer experience.
Requirements
  • A relevant degree/qualification or experience in a relevant field (Visual Merchandising, Creative/Design, Spatial, or Retail Design).
  • Excellent organization, planning, and time management skills to ensure project deadlines are met.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate in a concise and collaborative way.
