About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Office Coordinator in Karratha. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic, self-motivated, and has a natural ability to build rapport with others.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and greet all visitors to our office efficiently and professionally.
  • Manage meeting rooms calendar, provide assistance with room setup as required, and maintain a clean and tidy workspace.
  • Ensure reception, breakout area, meeting rooms, storerooms, and cupboards are kept in a clean and tidy state.
  • Handle incoming calls to the general enquiries line, respond to client queries, and make outbound calls as required.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and other items and correspondence.
  • Oversee consumables for the breakout area, PPE, and first aid kits.
  • Issue temporary swipe cards and implement controls to mitigate security risks.
  • Log maintenance issues on the Building Management portal and respond to contractor queries.
  • Support the Karratha office with Australia Post, stationery, first aid kits, and consumables requirements.
  • Contact contractors to schedule maintenance as required.
  • Conduct a fortnightly stocktake of stationery and order as needed, including Australia Post express post envelopes and ASA envelopes.
  • Provide the first line of support to troubleshoot AV and airconditioning issues for staff and visitors.
  • Assist with internal ASA events and functions as required.
About You
  • Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
  • Proven ability to interact with internal and external customers to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and high attention to detail.
  • Able to work well both individually and in a team environment.
  • Driven and self-motivated, with the ability to solve problems as they arise.
  • A current driver's license, national police clearance, and working with children check are essential.
