About the Role

As an Office Coordinator at Apprenticeship Support Australia, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and general administration support to our team. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Karratha.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet all visitors and members efficiently and professionally.
  • Manage meeting rooms calendar and provide assistance with room setup as required.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy reception area, breakout space, meeting rooms, storerooms, and cupboards.
  • Handle incoming calls, respond to client queries, and make outbound calls as needed.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail and other correspondence.
  • Oversee consumables for the breakout area, PPE, and first aid kits.
  • Issue temporary swipe cards and implement security controls.
  • Log maintenance issues and respond to contractor queries.
  • Support office needs, including Australia Post, stationery, first aid kits, and consumables.
  • Contact contractors for maintenance scheduling.
  • Conduct fortnightly stocktakes of stationery and order as required.
  • Provide first-line support for AV and air conditioning issues.
  • Assist with internal events and functions.
  • Offer administrative support to Team Leaders and Manager as needed.
About You
  • Prior experience in a similar role.
  • Proven ability to interact with internal and external customers for exceptional service and satisfaction.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Self-motivated and able to solve problems as they arise.
  • National Police Clearance, Working with Children Check, and driver's license are essential.
Estimated Salary Range

$70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
