Assistant Account Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Assistant Account Executive.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Portfolio Management: Assist in managing a portfolio of existing corporate and commercial clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • SME Client Retention: Retain and grow a book of small to medium-sized enterprise (SME) clients, providing them with expert insurance knowledge and risk management advice.
  • Program Review Support: Assist Senior Brokers in reviewing clients' programs prior to renewal, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting optimal solutions.
  • Risk Management Advice: Provide comprehensive insurance knowledge and risk management advice to clients, helping them navigate complex business risks.
  • General Broking Support: Undertake general broking support tasks, including customer service, to ensure timely action on client requests.
Requirements:
  • Tier 1 General Insurance accreditation is required for this role.
  • Experience with Sunrise software is necessary to effectively manage client portfolios.
  • A high level of attention to detail is essential for accurate program reviews and effective risk management advice.
  • Strong time management skills are required to meet key deadlines and prioritize work effectively.
  • A strong drive and motivation, combined with the ability to work independently, are critical for success in this role.
