Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, document, and communicate offering features, functional, and technical requirements to ensure accurate alignment with customer and business needs.
  • Provide subject matter expertise to support presales work and ongoing product development, leveraging your knowledge of the offering or portfolio to drive business growth and expansion into new markets.
  • Lead business requirements definition and documentation, ensuring that detailed feature content meets customer and business needs, including innovative and competitive features to support and expand healthcare markets.
  • Support product managers in defining standard business processes and solution services, mapping these to standard business processes and care activities/functional transactions.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and design strategies to ensure that offerings meet business needs, collaborating with technical and development teams to ensure software meets specified requirements.
  • Contribute to testing and quality assurance, providing input for test scenarios, reviewing and updating beta test scripts, and ensuring feedback from testing is accurately managed and communicated to development for new requirements and fixes.
