Salesforce Solutions Designer

This role is focused on creating user-focused solutions that deliver measurable business value.
- Advise clients on best practices for Salesforce features
- Design capability maps, business process flows, user journeys, and wireframes
- Gather and prioritize business requirements and user stories with SMEs
- Configure Salesforce functionality aligned with best practices
- Run demos, build prototypes, and lead functional workshops
- Conduct unit testing and support quality assurance
- Support change teams to drive adoption and enablement
Requirements:
- 3+ years' experience in Salesforce platform implementation and configuration
- Strong communication skills to engage both technical and business stakeholders
- Experience designing customer journeys and business process flows
- Passion for user-centric design and business transformation
- Consulting background preferred
- Baseline Clearance is highly advantageous
