Job Title: Cafe All Rounder

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of a Cafe All Rounder.

  1. This is a casual position, offering flexibility and variety in our busy cafe environment.
  2. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Take orders and process payments using our Point of Sale system
  • Provide exceptional customer service, attending to customer needs and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Prepare food and beverages, including making basic drinks like smoothies and milkshakes
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for customers and colleagues

Requirements:

  • Barista skills are an advantage, but not essential
  • Must be very comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Able to work confidently and independently, with minimal supervision
  • Reliable and trustworthy
