Customer Service Ambassador

About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team across three cafe locations. As a customer service ambassador, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food service, operating a cash register and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Applicants with barista experience are desirable, however a positive attitude and willingness to learn is equally important. We offer comprehensive on-the-job training and dedicated barista coaching for all staff.

The cafes operate Monday to Sunday from 7am to 6pm, with a range of shifts available across weekdays, afternoons and weekends depending on your availability.

Successful candidates may also have the opportunity to work as casual event catering staff and be involved in the delivery of exciting events and functions across multiple locations.
