Senior Hardware Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Hardware Engineer to join our team in the development of satellite communication systems. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for the specification, design, and validation of satellite communication products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop complex satellite communication systems, including circuit design, PCB layout, and simulation.
- Lead in-house and 3rd party PCB layout design teams to ensure high-quality designs.
- Deliver prototype and product quality manufacturing work-packages to meet customer requirements.
- Support Hardware/Software/System integration, validation, and qualification.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in hardware product design, with a focus on satellite communication systems.
- Experience in circuit and PCB design, simulation, and testing.
- Strong knowledge of high-speed digital interfaces, power supplies, and sensors.
- Hands-on experience with design tools such as Allegro, ADS, SiWave, HFSS, and CST.
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in high-reliability system design, including space, military, and automotive applications.
- Knowledge of environmental, thermal, safety, and EMI/EMC standards.
- Practical use of scripting languages such as Tcl, Python, and Perl.
