Zone Development Lead

As a Zone Development Lead, you will be responsible for driving growth in participation and quality experiences across the zone. Your key objective will be to develop and implement effective strategies to increase participation rates.

This role requires regular weekend and evening work during the football season and travel across the zone. Strong consideration will be given to candidates who reside in close proximity to the zone.

About You

We are seeking an experienced leader with a proven track record of success in Australian Rules junior participation programs and the SA school environment. Your skills should model excellence, develop others, and achieve strategic objectives.

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications are essential.
  • A valid Working with Children Check (including Catholic Schools Check) is required.
  • A current South Australian Drivers Licence is also necessary.

Strong administration and planning skills are critical to this role, as is flexibility in work schedule, including weekends.
