Your primary focus will be on delivering accurate cost estimates, managing budgets, and advising on risk and value management. You will also be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients and driving innovative solutions to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate cost advice and estimates
  • Manage variations and site valuations
  • Value management and cost optimization
  • Attend design meetings and client liaison
  • Cost reporting and financial reconciliation
  • Feasibility studies and project viability
Requirements
  • Hold membership in an accredited professional organization (e.g., RICS, AIQS, CIOB)
  • Possess 2+ years of relevant work experience
  • Demonstrate expertise and understanding in Quantity Surveying principles and practices
  • Have a strong grasp of construction methodologies and the latest innovations in the industry
  • Possess exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
