Recruitment Insights Specialist

As a Recruitment Insights Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven recruitment solutions that support the growth of our clients' businesses.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will be responsible for analysing complex recruitment data to identify trends, bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement. You will also track talent pipeline health, diversity metrics, budgets and invoicing, while delivering actionable insights to inform business decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain robust recruitment analytics frameworks to inform strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement effective recruitment strategies that meet business objectives.
- Utilise data visualisation tools such as PowerBI to present findings and recommendations to senior leaders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment analytics and workforce planning.
- Proven experience in recruitment analytics, workforce reporting or market insights with a strong analytical background.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, with proficiency in PowerBI or similar tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to interpret complex data sets and present actionable insights.
