Workplace Relations Specialist

At HWL Ebsworth, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Workplace Relations & Safety team as a Workplace Relations Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of diverse and interesting matters, including industrial relations, safety, investigations, and employment law.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing advice on workplace relations, industrial relations, and safety law to clients across various industries.
- Assisting in the preparation and negotiation of enterprise agreements, awards, and other employment-related documents.
- Conducting investigations into workplace incidents and providing recommendations for improvement.
- Developing and implementing training programs for clients on workplace relations and safety matters.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of workplace relations, industrial relations, and safety law.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
