Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director of Operations to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our accounting firm.

Key Responsibilities:

* Help the Directors manage the firm's multiple business units
* Design and execute the firm's business strategy alongside the Directors
* Manage the admin and marketing teams
* Oversee the day-to-day operations to increase productivity and efficiency
* Analyze current systems and implement new procedures as necessary
* Promote and maintain a positive office culture
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

* 6-10+ years experience in a similar role within an accounting firm
* Degree qualified
* Experience reporting to a board of directors
* A very strong understanding of how an accounting firm operates
* Exceptionally strong leadership skills

* Outstanding organizational skills
