Job Description

The Brand Ambassador role at Canada Goose is a dynamic position that requires an individual who can deliver exceptional customer experiences, embodying the brand's authenticity. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Store management team to execute plans and strategies, ensuring operational efficiency and maintaining high standards of quality and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Store Financial Performance:
  • Contribute to achieving store targets by meeting productivity standards
  • Achieve or exceed personal sales targets, taking into account seasonality
    • Drive sales through effective communication, teamwork, and partnership with colleagues
    • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
  • Engagement:
  • Foster a positive store environment through excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Participate in all store meetings, events, and product knowledge sessions
  • Demonstrate values and behaviors consistent with Canada Goose's culture
    • Maintain a strong understanding of the brand's history, products, and services
    • Promote a positive and inclusive store culture
  • Operational Excellence:
  • Ensure compliance with store operating procedures to minimize shrinkage
  • Handle all Point of Sale (POS) transactions according to company standards
  • Ensure accurate inventory management
  • Organize and maintain a visually appealing store environment
    • Process inbound and outbound shipments, replenishment, damages, returns, and other tasks as required
    • Maintain store cleanliness and organization
  • Customer Experience:
  • Deliver outstanding customer experiences through operational efficiency and best practices
  • Drive our Net Promoter Score (NPS)
    • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences
    • Provide personalized service to create a loyal customer base
  • Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused environment
  • Experience working with luxury brands is an asset
  • High-volume traffic experience is an asset
  • Ability to stand for long periods and flexible to work retail hours (standard, peak, and holiday)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment
  • Good understanding of inventory management and point-of-sale systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently, and know when to seek guidance
  • Basic skills in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) are an asset
  • Good command of English
    • Proficiency in additional languages is an asset
