Certified Customer Experience Ambassador sought to elevate brand presence and drive sales through exceptional customer service, product knowledge, and team collaboration in a fast-paced retail environment.

About the Role

This role is responsible for creating an outstanding customer experience that embodies Canada Goose's authenticity and values. The Senior Brand Ambassador will execute store functions efficiently, ensuring excellence in all areas and maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to store-wide targets by achieving productivity standards and exceeding personal sales targets based on seasonal fluctuations.
  • Maintain a positive store atmosphere through effective communication, teamwork, and partnership with colleagues.
  • Attend and participate in all store meetings, events, and product knowledge sessions.
  • Demonstrate core values and behaviors consistent with Canada Goose's culture.
  • Ensure operational compliance, minimize store shrink, and handle POS transactions according to company standards.
  • Process inbound and outbound shipments, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure proper product organization and accessibility.
  • Support overall physical store maintenance and upkeep of visual merchandise directives.
  • Responsible for other responsibilities as needed to meet business requirements.
  • Drive Net Promoter Score (NPS) growth through operational efficiency and customer engagement.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of retail experience, preferably in a customer-centric environment.
  • A proven track record of successful store operations and management.
  • Experience working with luxury brands and high-volume traffic is an asset.
  • Ability to work flexible retail hours, including standard, peak, and holiday periods.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
  • Good understanding of inventory management and point-of-sale systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, self-motivation, and ability to work independently when necessary.
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills, specifically Word and Excel, are an asset.
  • Fluent in English; Mandarin language proficiency is an advantage.
